All accounts must be settled on the day of treatment. Accounts older than 10 working days incur an administrative charge of 10%, minimum €20.

A course of treatment that requires several visits can be paid for in instalments; a deposit must be paid at the initial visit and the treatment must be paid in full before its completion.

In special situations a payment plan can be arranged. However, this must be agreed on and arranged before the treatment starts.

All payments will receive a receipt on completion. Official detailed receipts necessary for insurance claims and any required forms will be issued on request.

Certain treatments will require a written consent.

PRSI entitlements start on the 1^st of January.

You are entitled to one free check up every 12 months. The PRSI scheme also covers most of the cost of a scale and polish treatment per calendar year, with a balance of €15 to be paid.

Please note: the check-up may not be adequate if the teeth are covered by plaque – problems may not be detected unless the teeth are clean.

A thorough clean may require more than one visit. The reduction in fee is applicable for one visit per year only, any additional sessions will be charged at the full rate.
